Show content of Share contact information in two ways (VCF or QR code)
You can either create a VCF and send it as an attachment. The recipient can then save your contact details in the address book of their email client. Or you can generate a branded QR code. The code can be installed as a digital business card on your mobile phone. The video tutorial shows you how this is done. Or you can have a look at the installation guidelines.
Show content of How to create your VCF and/or QR code and install it on your device
First, enter your data in the form. As you do so, a preview appears on the right-hand side of the screen.
For a VCF or virtual contact file, an image can be added. Then click on "Generate VCF" at the bottom of the screen. This automatically saves the VCF in your downloads folder and can be sent to your contacts as an email attachment.
To create a QR code, choose a logo you’d like to be integrated into the code. Photos are not possible due to data limitations during encoding. Now click on "Generate QR code".
To use the QR code on your mobile phone as a digital business card, you have two options: You can either email the code to yourself and save it in a new folder within the photo app, or save it to OneDrive and then load it into a new folder within your photo app. Make sure you have the latest iOS software version installed on your phone.

You can change your Outlook settings for vCard displaying as follows: Go in Outlook, click on File, Options, Advanced, Preferred encoding for vCards -> select Unicode (UTF-8)
