Der virtuelle Hintergrund ist eine simulierte Umgebung, die hinter einem Teilnehmer einer Videokonferenz erscheint. Dieser Hintergrund entspricht den Gestaltungsvorgaben der Bank und sorgt für ein professionelles Erscheinungsbild, insbesondere wenn von zu Hause gearbeitet wird.

Die virtuellen Hintergründe sind für die Bank-Anwendungen Microsoft Teams und Zoom verfügbar.

Bitte beachten Sie: Derzeit können Nutzer, die einen Lean-Laptop verwenden, in Microsoft Teams-Meetings weder den Hintergrund ändern noch den Hintergrund unscharf machen. Diese Funktion wird jedoch in Zukunft verfügbar sein. Dieser Artikel enthält eine aktuelle Liste der Einschränkungen:

Please download the images on the right to your computer.

To change your background

  1. While you're setting up your video and audio before joining a meeting, select Background filters. It's just below the video image. Your background options will display on the right.
  2. Select Blur to blur your background. You'll appear nice and clear while everything behind you is subtly concealed.
  3. You can also replace your background with one of the images provided, or with one of your own choosing. If using your own image, please ensure that it is conducive to the bank's professional working environment. Go to 'Add new' and then select one to upload from your computer. Make sure it's a .JPG, .PNG, or .BMP file.

Your new background will persist in all your meetings and calls until you change it again.
